Actionable tools – cannot recommend highly enough
Jake is an incredible therapist. Not only is he an extraordinary listener, he is able to filter the entire emotional story into actionable tools. I struggled in the clutch as an elite level skier and athlete my whole life. In my first session with Jake I left with a different perspective on myself and my capacity to succeed and excel. I can not recommend him highly enough.
