What sports do you play regularly?

I train almost every day and regularly compete in both show jumping and dressage! I’m also regularly involved in netball and dance in my spare time, whilst also being a regular skier in the winter months. Throughout my childhood I was involved in loads of sports! Including those mentioned above, along with athletics, rounders, badminton, tennis, and karate. Equally, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer so I spend lots of my time in the gym.

Sporting Achievements

I competed for the Loughborough University equestrian team, qualifying for the BUCS Equestrian National Championships in 2019. I then went on to be the Chantrey Championships Dressage winner in 2023. I also competed for Loughborough in ballet, attending and being successful in the largest university dance competition in the UK several years in a row. During my time at school, I was the captain of the dance, netball, and volleyball teams, being crowned GDST champions in volleyball and the athletics 100m relay.

Hobbies & Interests

Although most of my hobbies and interests lie within my current sports, in my spare time I love to get involved in new sports to broaden my knowledge and to have fun, with my recent interests being squash and golf. I love to watch live sport and go to the gym, whilst also spending time with family and friends and looking after the family dogs, cats, and horses!
